In my own opinion I would choose another hospital.
I was a patient here is my views. Staff is scared of all the vilent patients with good reason.The staff is very inexperienced.Patients are vilent.You have insurance you got a bed ...No screening of patient's for safety obviously I got in.Want meds ? Freak out smash something they will not prosacute you and you will get meds u need asap.Assult a staff No biggie just make sure they work on a different unit .1:1 IS GREAT PERSONAL WORKER JUST FOR YOU..They kiss ass "scared" Hook up with girls every 10 min they use a 15 min check methard.Be carful for 5 min check sometimes certain patients specially new patients always 5 at first.Need contraband ? Don't bring they search have a unsupervised visit to sneak in.wanna leave ? Sign 3 day or call a friend have him meet you in parking lot lot run out kitchen caffateria exit opens every time.Good luck...act up then they cater to us we loose levels get to eat on unit gullible staff bring you drinks and meal time best time to stay back short staffed nurse do checks best time to smoke they don't always do checks trust me I'm honest ) good luck
I used to love this place, and saw so many people get help. The staff was awesome, kind, helpful, etc. Not sure what happened but recently after stopping in I noticed mostly new staff and had a TERRIBLE experience. I cannot even post it here, but just please choose somewhere else if you are seeking treatment.
I was inpatient 2 years ago and I was poisoned by two other patients. I was coerced into taking pills and I am now handicapped for life. Have fun staying in this place. There was also a gang member in the unit that was harassing everyone and the staff allowed it.
She was dead less than three weeks after discharge from suicide. She was 14.
My step-daughter received two weeks of their inpatient care in April 2016.
Was there to see a loved one. The outside appearance seems nice but the room you go to visit the patients is horrible. I was totally lost for words. It smells of strong urine and is filthy. How can a hospital get that way and get away with it! Totally horrified...it just goes into question, if the place we visit is that bad it makes you think what else we can't see...ughh! They need to invest in bleach and water.. They should be ashamed!
Arbour-Fuller has not been charged in any wrong-doing, but in my PERSONAL opinion they did nothing to help her. I'd admit family members - ESPECIALLY minors - with extreme caution.
