We had a great experience buying our sectional from them. We were dealing with 2 sales people (one was in training ) vinnie and vinny. They were very polite, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We had a few issues upon delivery but were quickly resolved with the company. We love our new couch and when it comes time to get some more furniture we are Definetly going back to our salesman !!

We've purchased furniture twice from Cardi's. They have treated us well enough and we've found the price of what we were looking for was better than surrounding furniture stores. Installation/delivery was as expected.

Many of us have difficulty dealing with sales associates, no offense to them but, it's always what we do not feeling like dealing with which leads to online purchases and such. However, today I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter. He was WONDERFUL and more importantly genuine. He was patient, attentive, real and most of all DID NOT HOVER

Extremely poor service of Cardi's. I know my good friend who purchased the sofa last year with protection plan. Now when calling for service as the sofa is no good already, Cardi's is giving many reason for not covering it, when they sale this protection plan with high expectation. Very poor service experience on this store at Attleboro, MA.

Extremely poor service. Salesperson does not reveal the truth that they can't deliver on time until the time comes when we are about to pay. Attitude of their managers is rude.

Cardi's was giving a Thanks giving sale that we wanted to purchase. When time came to make the payment, Cardi's sales person Robert Archer informed, the delivery will be done after 2 months. Called the Manager and he was extremely adamant and do not want to understand customer need. We requested to deliver before the holidays and Cardi's manager repeatedly said "I do not care why you are purchasing this", our shipment comes only in 2 months time, and pressed on us to purchase the item and pay in November to get it delivered on January 21st, 2018. We left the store and went to La-Z-Boy and the price was matched by penny and given better protection plan and less delivery cost without any issue.
