I have ordered a lot of furniture from Bob’s this year for all over the house. Every single order, from the initial transaction to the customer service satisfaction contact after the delivery has been awesome. I think Bob could teach other businesses about handling customers. I highly recommend Bob’s to anyone willing to listen.
I was told delivery would be between 1-5 they were here right before 1. They worked together well, set it up quick and cleaned up on their way out. The couch is comfortable we all love it. Overall very satisfied.
Walked in was greeted with a great smile , my sales lady was great helped me pick out the perfect bedroom set at the price i wanted to spend ...I was excited to know I could apply for no credit finance it was a great experience from the door to the people at the office who helped me get the right delivery day for me !!!!!
Had a wonderful experience! Mary was so great and helped us with everything and answered every question without missing a beat. She was very knowledgeable about everything! I can't wait to get my new couch and mattress. Overall fabulous experience!!
Great staff. The sales rep Denise was more than willing to walk through the entire store with us and answer any questions that we had with no hesitation. Manager Jeff was very friendly and attentive. The finance ladies were pleasant and polite, and helped us step by step. Gladly going back again.
