Very happy with this dealership and especially the service department. Had a problem with the turbo in my optima sx, ran up a lot of bills at a different dealership that eventually said we need to replace the turbo for almost 3000 more. I didn't believe that was the problem since it worked most of the time. Explained everything to the service manager at courtesy he said we can fix that, they replaced a single part and its run perfectly ever since. Also had the engine problem with the optima, but i was beyond the extended warranty, service manager got the repair covered because i had all records for every service at Kia dealers since buying the car new. I was very appreciative they took the argument to corporate to cover the engine even though i was barely over the extended mileage warranty. Always easy to schedule service and nice waiting room.
Highly recommended dealership! Ryan in sales is awesome answers all your questions and does everything he can go get you a great deal. Service department is great too! I've only been in for oil changes, but everyone I've dealt with has been great! I would definitely buy from here again.
