This place is a JOKE!!!! We bought a car from them believing it was worth it and we got totally screwed. They refused to fix the problems it had saying he would just reset the lights that kept flashing on the dash. He sold us junk with a list of problems I just recently found out about and I know for a fact they will not do any kind of repairs to the car. STAY AWAY from them . We have had problems from the very beginning. They get paid from a finance company and all they do is sell lemons. They should not be allowed to do any kind of business with anybody. Now we have to put thousands of dollars into fixing this car because they won't and even if they offered I wouldn't want them to since they clearly dont know how to properly fix a car or they would have done so in the first place.
People beware of this dealership the owner paul if that is his real name is a liar..My girlfriend brought a 2003 chevy impala from him an with a promise he would take care of what ever needed to be fixed..the day she went to pick up the car she paid to have it inspected an insured ..well the car had a exhaust leak so called paul patched it well you know what happens then the patch he put on it blew a big hole when he said he put on a new pipe which the liar didnt do he patched it so it would pass inspection an 2 days later it was loud so i called paul an explain the situation abot the loud leak he told me to call him in 3 wks an see if he had time to fix it i laugh at him an said i will send it to a garage an have it fixed an send him the bill an he said no he wasnt gonna pay to fix it so i went to the registry an they told me the tires an thr lraky exhaust an the shocks are no good an it shouldnt of passed so they told me to go to a garage an bring them back the results well guess what it fail it has bad tires,exhaust.shocks an a bad tie rod so now the registry is going after the garage the passed the car that should of fail inspection so now i call the BBB an explain my situation an the paperwork i got from the garage an the registry an now they are going after them ,PEOPLE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM THAT DEALERSHIP YOU HAVE 30 DAYS ITS A LEMON LAW AFTER 30M DAYS HAVE FUN CAUSE U WILL NEVER GET AHOLD OF THAT SCUM BAG

Anyone that ventures in these doors talk to Terry. He is the only one that even tried to help. Our minivan we bought from them quit working before a month after we bought it. I asked them to help us out and they wouldn't so I got it towed to a local shop. After I got it fixed I asked them to cover it again (talked to Terry this time) he at least tried a little. The story then was that I should have brought it to them to get it fixed and they would have taken care of it. I told him I had tried and they refused. I honestly cannot recommend Aok Used Cars. If you do choose to buy from them consider an up front agreement that requires them to cover problems within one month.
I went there with my husband and we met the manager Paul . He explained to us that they are new there . He was very nice helped us get a loan through a bank to build our credit . He honored all he said he would do to the car to make it perfect . so far our car runs great . We take it there for oil changes . I definitely recommend this place . I already sent a few friends and none had complaints . They have their own service center which makes it convenient to me and I would assume to everyone who buys a car there . I had a great experience and so did all my friends and for those who didn't . Sorry don't know why .
