Just want to give a shoutout to the crew at the grooming facility. Each and every person who has ever groomed my standard poodle charlie has listened carefully and followed through on our special wishes on his grooming. Charlie enjoys going to the groomers which means they treat him well. I'm moving so I won't be able to continue bringing charlie here but would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
Big box store for pet supplies. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of choices. Good sales. Feel bad for some of the animals-Betta fish especially- small containers, questionable care as dead ones still on display. Other creatures much better care for.
Not always the cheapest, but friendly and knowledgeable staff and a large selection generally makes up for it. Store is generally clean and well organized, and if there's something you can't find an associate can usually be found easily to help you out.
Worst experience ever. After waiting 20 minutes for help, the person that comes to assist gives us wrong info, and just conducted herself in a condecending manor, she was the rudest person i've met. This store is always understaffed and seems to be commin for staff to not know what they are talking about in fish department.
As usual there was a line at the register. The clerk pressed the button to call for help at least 4 times but evidently the backup was busy waiting on a customer herself away from the register. Not their fault at all. Should have been a 3rd person available for the register. It is lunch hour plus a busy time of year in general with people out getting ready for school. Where's the manager?????
