The land keeper sucks
They charge new people 100.00 more in Land rent than the people who are already there. And management doesn't work with you on issues, Other than that if you mind your business . Great place to live
50/50 shot at having a normal neighbor
Run, don't walk. This place is terribly run, expensive and not worth the constant aggravation you'll experience. Being under the thumb of a giant corporation is stressful and the yearly increase of rent will leave you quickly living beyond your budget.
