As a runner, I have needed physical therapy for multiple issues. DPT Lauren Bachand and everyone at Performance are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have had amazing results and am so glad to have them as part of my care team!

Ben was attentive, patient, responsive, and showed me new exercises that helped me. Highly recommended.

In addition to that, they text you with appointment reminders, they have early morning and PM appointments, and they can even give you home exercises that you can access from an app on your phone!!!!

ALL of the staff at Performance PT is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in! The clinic is bright and cheery, and all of the staff are friendly and genuinely concerned about their patients getting better. When Lauren started her very comprehensive evaluation on my, I knew that she knew her stuff.

I had multiple issues due to the car accident, and Lauren worked tirelessly with me to determine the best course of treatment. They do have multiple patients in the clinic at the same time, but the staff of PTs and Sarah the exercise specialist all work together seamlessly to give very individualized attention. I never felt rushed or ignored. I have made great gains with mobility, pain and function. The staff has worked with me to develop treatment plans and home exercise plans that worked best for me. I even went for some aquatic PT at their Pawtucket location. The therapists here keep up to date on new techniques and are constantly expanding their knowledge base.

I would recommend Lauren and the rest of the staff here to anyone who needs PT. And no, I wasn't paid or coerced to write this glowing review. After a bad experience somewhere else, and being in the field, I just know a great PT and a great clinic when I see it :-)

This place is amazing!!! From the moment you enter the office you are greeted by the nicest staff. The facility is spotless. Dr. Lauren Bachand is professional, knowledgeable and truly cares about the patient. She knows how to get the best out of you and makes you actually enjoy working! I was in such pain with plantar fasciitis and am happy to say I feel great and use what I learned. My daughter has been going due to a concussion. The different techniques that Lauren used has made a huge difference and her pain and headaches are pretty much gone. I wish I could give them 10 stars and highly recommend Lauren and her staff to anyone needing PT.

Luckily, I remembered that a co-worker had recently told me she went to a local PT place and was very happy with the results. She mentioned that her therapist did a relatively new technique called dry needling. I texted my co-worker and she recommended Lauren at Performance PT in Attleboro. I called and left a message. The office called me back within 15 minutes and got me in for an evaluation with Lauren that same day!!!! From the moment I talked to Lori on the phone, to this very minute I knew I was in the right place!!!

No one wants to go to Physical Therapy, and that included me, despite the fact that I am an OT, and fully understand the need for it. I was in a car accident and after a few days knew that I needed PT. But I didn't know where to go. I did what everyone else does, and I asked people and I researched. I tried one local clinic, but from the minute I walked in the door for the evaluation to the minute I left I just didn't feel comfortable or confident in the clinicians or the clinic.
