Customer service is exceptional. Everyone is always courteous and friendly. Help is not far when you need it and they don't hassle you when you are shopping. Love it!
1 star lost for its location at the back of a plaza that has to be accessed by a round about manor if coming from the North. Store is large and well stocked. Garden area well organized. Customer service was friendly and quick when handling a return. In and out in under two minutes. Standard Home Depot besides...check online first to find exact aisle and bay number for your product if you need to get your stuff and get out quick.
Been looking for this flashlight for three months the internet says they always have one in stock when i go to the store there is none .its a ryobi. finally went there today after 3 months and bought a different one I don't like it but I guess I have to deal with it now i have to return the bulbs i bought off the internet from Amazon cause the store sold me the wrong bulb and melted my light it was a lcd bulb like not a regular flashlight i always shop at this store for me and my company ill still shop here but very disappointed and dont ask for help you will have to wait and just walk around the store with them i love home dedepot cant believe I was treated this way
Incompetent. Called to see if an item was in stock and was assured that it was. I got there and no dice. Somebody is a MORON! THANKS!
