My brother and I would like to extend our thanks to all the people at Duffy-Poule Funeral and Cremation Services for helping us through this very difficult time with the loss of our mom. The compassion and comfort you all showed us, as well as the acts of kindness and guidance, went above and beyond. Words alone could never express our appreciation and gratitude. We know that our mom is looking down smiling at us for giving her such a beautiful service that could of never been possible without the help of you all.
When my aunt passed away we used the services of Duffy-Poole. They were compassionate, thorough and professional. They helped me navigate planning a funeral and memorial service at a most difficult time. Suggestions and support were given and guidance gratefully accepted. They made a very sad situation bearable. My aunt passed away in September. In December of that year I came home one day to find a nicely wrapped package at my front door. It was a beautifully framed print with a poem, ostensibly "sent" by my aunt, with words of comfort and kindness at our first major holiday without our loved one. It was a most thoughtful and touching gesture. One that I will never forget and be forever grateful for.
