Horrible the guy with the piercings doesn't know what customer service is. Will not be going there ever.
Horrible customer service. I just left and the young man with his piercing. The only reason I say that is just a description it had nothing to do with his rude and unwelcoming behavior and attitude. I am now on my way to FedEx I don't care if its more expensive. He may hate his job he doesn't have to take it out on others.
We had to get some documents notarized and overnighted. We were able to take care of it all in one place. We ended up spending a couple hundred dollars though as you pay per signature.
I’m surprised at some of these reviews.They have obviously not met Ted yet. He went the extra mile for me both times I was there.I recently had a short story I wanted printed out off my computer and I needed it to be presentable.Ted fixed up the fonts the alignment worked the text and photos to fit the pages properly and he was determined to make it all look good.And it did.Go there,bring your work and ask for Ted.You won’t be disappointed.I won’t be bringing mine anywhere else.
