I made a appointment by phone and I was told that I was gonna be seen for the special they had for the 57 dollar for exray and exam and cleaning and the only thing they did was exray are u kidding me after they told me I was gonna get all that for the special but it didn't happen after they were done they gave a statement for a next appointment for 1500 hundred dollars what a joke that place is never again like if I have 1500 hundred in my pocket ... my point don't lie to ur clients and bring there hopes up for nothing
I have been going to "Dr. Joe" at Gentle Dental for several years now and although I spend more time in FL than in MA, he is still the only dentist I care to visit because I feel he is truly the best. The staff at Gentle Dental are warm, friendly and professional and Dr. Joe is kind, caring and the most polite dentist you will ever visit. He is a perfectionist and you will not leave the chair until he is safisfied that everything is absolutely the best it can be. This is also the place to go for "painless dentistry!" The prices and fees are reasonable by comparison so what else could one look for??
My mom who has Alzheimer's had to have oral surgery and we chose Gental Dental. It was unexpected and somewhat of an emergency. She gets very nervous when unexpected things happen or her routine is changed. She went to Gentle Dental and had her surgery on Tuesday afternoon. The surgeon, Dr. Reitzl, was phenomenal with her. When she got there he was in the middle of a team meeting and left the meeting to take her right away. She did not have to wait at all. That is huge for somebody with alzheimer's because the more time she has to sit the longer she will stress and be worried. Her whole experience from the second she walked in the door until she walked out was fantastic. She was completely at ease and did not get upset at all. Even better she has had minimal discomfort. This was a huge relief as this could have been an incredibly difficult situation for her. They did not know her situation so this says to me this is how they care for their patients overall. I absolutely give Gentle Dental of Attleboro an A+ for their care and service. I highly recommend them.
