I received good,friendly, hassle-free service, an excellent repair, and paint job, at a great price. I had rust repair done on my car in 2009 and it lasted 5 years before it started rusting through again which shows the quality of their work is outstanding. For this reason I just had it done again, and I am confident that it will last as long as the car, which is a 1996 Subaru. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop. Bill from Bellingham
Had a body kit painted when i went to pick it up it was horrible 4 of the 6 peices had to be redone that was after having them for 2 weeks then had to wait for anouther 2 weeks for them to be fixed when I picked them up they still were not right the side peices had deep scratches in them that was after being supposedly fixed and re painted wasn't happy with it will never go there again
Brought my car in for small area on back bumper . When I got back home and saw my car in the sun it had "body shop residue" or some short of over spray on the majority of the car . They do sloppy work .
Hacks. Expect your interior to get trashed and the owner to just shrug his shoulders. Worst customer service experience I've had with an auto body shop.
Horrible work done here . Had some work done on my truck and picked it up with more dents and scratches than it had before ! Also they painted my cap and I just went to take it off for the summer and noticed they didn't even take it off the truck to paint it . So I have a stripe on either side that is a different color than the truck . Horrible horrible work and customer service was over charged as well. Would never go back.
