Spoke to the boss over the phone we went over rates. So I tried to setup the rental over the phone an the guy insisted on me coming down to the shop. I told him I would be walking down there he said ok come on down we will take care of u. So it took me 30 mins to walk there. I get there an ask to setup a rental An the associate says oh we have no cars. So he called his boss an his boss says oh only he can do the rental An he's gonna b back in 45 mins. So why did he have me come down there knowing he wasn't goin to b there nor any1 of his employees could help. I will never go there again poor service
Cheaper than any other place around by a lot!
I reserved the car a week ahead of time. When I got there I was asked why was I renting a car when I already have one. I let him know I was doing a day trip and wanted something more comfortable. I was then told the only thing he had was for local only. It was not posted on the wall of rates or mentioned in any way when I made the reservations.
