Quit going there 3 months ago. Dropped in for drinks for my grandchildren. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while there were 2 men standing there calibrating the grinder. If they were trying to do so, why didn't someone call a team member over to the front. Will not be returning to this Dunkin.
Ashley is fantastico !!! Singlehandedly keeps me going because she always prepares my drink perfectly and it is not simple.
The only DD I know which always puts your iced drink in a second Styrofoam cup so you don't freeze your hand off. Good Coolattas, which is rare these days. Excellent service, and the clearest drive-through speaker I've ever heard.
I will no longer be going to this Dunkin' Donuts. Every time I get something from here my order is messed up or my drink is made incorrectly. Tonight I had an incident around 10:30 PM, the lady was down right rude when I brought back my order and told her this is not what I wanted. Then she replied that's why she repeated the order again and I told her when she did that I corrected her and she still got it wrong. She had an attitude, and abruptly walked away and started complaining to her coworker. I'll be going to the one on county street from now on.
Great staff! Ashley & Cassidy are on point...coffees are 100% accurate when I come in...great service 24 hour location...Awesome staff all the way around.
